Emerggy embodies the founder's passion to inspire individuals to unlock their powerful potential. René Johnson (Rioux) provides coaching resources and support, to empower individuals to fulfill their dreams and goals to reach the ultimate level of success. Her background as a dental management consultant helped her realize the need for additional methods to enhance and grow human capability to overcome obstacles and emerge their personal best. Pushing past the barriers helps eliminate stress, low morale and lack of confidence - resulting in a positive and successful work-life balance. René has chosen to focus her talents and skills to empower women in business. She has seen the power of transformation in her own life and in the lives of her clients, and now wants to extend her reach by making her confidence-building tools and strategies available to a wider audience so that every woman who wants to can launch herself to her next level of success.

About Our Founder

René Johnson (Rioux)
Certified Empowerment Coach

René Johnson (Rioux), is a graduate of the Institution for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ICF actually accredits only a handful of coach training programs worldwide. In addition, IPEC is the country's only institution accredited for "Empowerment Coaching". This gives Rene an advantage as she has been trained in a unique process that guides individuals and organizations to superior success.

As a Certified Empowerment Coach, René utilizes a process, known as "inner-outer" directed coaching, which connects one's inner purpose and passion to outer goals achieving extraordinary results. Change is instigated from "the inside-out" resulting in new habits and behaviors that sustains success. René was recognized by IPEC as a graduate "success story" and her achievements are highlighted on their website.

With over 20 years of well-rounded, extensive professional experience, René brings a wealth of knowledge to each and every coaching relationship or through her self-coaching products. As a current board member for a Utah Women in Business organization, she volunteers time and services to support the organization's goals of helping women in business. In addition to working with individual clients and professional organizations across the country, Rene' is a sought-after motivational speaker who has appeared before audiences of lawmakers, educators, and business leaders.
