René is passionate about inspiring women in business to unlock their powerful potential and is the author of "Leaving the comfort zone: A professional woman's guide to the next level of success". Why is it that each of us use our confidence in some areas and not in others? René will explore the effects of the "mask of confidence" and our ability to trust ourselves and to make choices that align with our values. She will identify the confidence blockers that create the mask and will reveal the power that unleashes when the mask is removed so that we can clearly present who we are and ultimately attain our greatest goals.

She has seen miracles of transformation in her own life and in the lives of her clients, and now wants to extend her reach by making her confidence-building tools and strategies available to a wider audience so that every woman who wants to can launch herself to her next level of success.

Supporting Online Adult Continuing Education



Rene’ Rioux was part of a National launch at the ADA Conference, supporting Online Education. Rene' Rioux was one of the first Authors to provide continuing education courses for the largest online national dental education center, The American Dental Association. She has several Business and Team Management courses, with one of her courses premiering as the first course highlighted to generate interest and demonstrate quality.

April 2006

"Rene' held a coaching session with the Junior Reps on our Women in Business Board. She gave us some fun techniques in which to identify our strengths & characteristics, and how to step "out of our comfort zone" to sell ourselves. Everyone came away from this session, due to Rene's expert direction, knowing more about themselves and how to conquer anything we put our minds to! Thanks Rene'!"


The WIB organization recognizes the new Sandy Chamber President who supports and works closely with the Women in Business Board of Directors. Rene' is actively involved with her local chamber and has provided coaching support to the chamber organization.

Introduction of the New 2006 Board of Directors. Rene' was appointed to serve as a Board of Director over Member Retention.
Rene's goals are to help the members get comfortable with building relationships through networking while providing "business growing" opportunities and resources to the members.
She hosts the monthly networking activity and writes a regular article in the WIB newsletter. This is a voluntary position which Rene' enjoys and the opportunity to serve and empowering fellow Women in Business.
